Sonali Nitin Shankhpal is the founder of preschool. She holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Science and has also completed a Teacher Training Course to gain deeper insight into preschool education and administration.
What began as a personal hobby soon turned into a passionate journey into the world of early childhood learning. Driven by her love for nurturing young minds, Sonali envisioned a space where children could grow, explore, and learn in a safe, engaging, and happy environment.
With a perfect blend of academic understanding and heartfelt commitment, she continues to lead the preschool with a clear focus on providing meaningful early education experiences for every child.

Ashwini Potdar – Early Years Educator & Creative Arts Mentor
Ashwini Potdar is a passionate educator with a strong creative background. She holds an ATD (Art Teacher Diploma), a JD in Arts (Painting), and has completed both a Craft Teacher Course and a Teacher Training Course. Her artistic skills, combined with her love for teaching, make her classroom a vibrant, hands-on learning space.
Ashwini believes in nurturing children’s imagination through play, creativity, and gentle guidance — helping them express themselves freely and joyfully.
Aarti Shinde – Early Childhood Educator
Aarti Shinde brings both care and curiosity to her role as an early childhood educator. With a background in Computer courses and a completed Teacher Training Course (TTC), she combines practical skills with a thoughtful teaching approach.
Her calm, patient nature and genuine affection for children help create a supportive environment where little ones feel safe, heard, and inspired to explore.
